Selecting your game mode

Shot Scope V2 has three game modes, you must select one before your round. The modes have been developed to ensure that your V2 experience is as useful as possible, dependent on playing style. Choose between GPS, PRO and GPS+Track before you tee off to decide how your V2 will operate. The modes are interchangeable and allow you to get the most use out of your V2 by offering flexibility between events.

Before you start your round, select which mode you would like to use your watch in, choose between; GPS, PRO or GPS+Track:

GPS: Provides F/M/B yardages on the screen of your V2 throughout your round. This mode does not gather any performance tracking information.

PRO: Automatically gathers performance tracking data for retrospective game analysis. This mode does not provide any on-course information and no GPS distances will be displayed on your watch whilst you play.

GPS+Track: Combines the two modes above, providing both GPS distances and collecting performance tracking data to analyse your game post-round.

Tip from the team: PRO mode is ideal for playing in competitions where the use of a DMD is not permitted. You can still gather data to learn from your round but without receiving on-course information.

From the home screen, press the top right button to navigate to the game mode screen. Once on this screen you have the option to select between GPS (top left button), PRO (bottom right button) or GPS+Track (top right button). To return to the home screen at any point, press the bottom left button.
