I’ve forgotten my password for my account, how do I reset it?

If you have forgotten your password you can use our 'Forgotten Password' function. This is located on the login page on both the desktop app, mobile apps and online dashboard.

A password reset email should be sent to your email inbox, please then follow the instructions in the email to reset your password and gain access to your account again.

Please note the email can sometimes go to your junk or spam folder so please check that as well.
