To classify a shot as a lost ball, select the shot you lost the ball on and then click on the 'Lost Ball' icon. After you have done this, move the red node to where you lost the ball and a penalty shot will be automatically added. The rest of the hole will now be in the correct order.

Hi have an issue with this feature, since after marking the shot as lost, I cannot add the next shot I did. how do I do that?
Hi Richard, after you have marked a shot as lost a penalty shot should be added but also another shot with the same club used automatically. If you change the club you can edit by pressing on the drop down and selecting the club that was actually used.
