Non-signed off rounds shall be marked with an orange scorecard symbol. To begin the sign off process, click on the round card and then click either the “Edit/Sign Off” button that is present underneath the map or the “Edit/Sign Off” button that is present below the blue X.
To access editing on a previously signed off round click on the round card and then click the “Edit” button that is present below the map.
This shall open a scorecard for your round. To access editing, you must ensure your handicap is correct and select the tees you played from.
How do I select my handicap?
Your handicap shall be pre-set from your account handicap. If you need to make any amendments click on the arrow and select your correct handicap from the list.
Once you have selected tees the “Edit” button shall become active. Press “Edit” to review and make adjustments to your round and then press “Save and Exit” when you are happy with your data.
Decide whether you wish to include the round in your performance statistics or not using the slider and then press “Sign Off” to complete the process.
Rounds that you have decided to not include in your stats shall be marked with crossed out bar graph icon.
How do I select my tees?
To select tees, click on the select tees arrow and then click on the tees you played from. If the tees that you played from are not present on the drop-down you can create a new set by clicking on the plus icon. Once on the “Add Tees” page, select the tees you played from on the drop-down, edit the pars to suit using the drop-downs and then press “Complete” to create these tees.
Once you have selected your handicap and tees the edit button shall be enabled. Click on this button to begin making edits to your round.
Including a round in your performance statistics
You can decide whether you want to include your round in your performance statistics or not using the slider. The slider will be set to include in your stats as default. To not include in your stats, click on the slider and it will turn from green to grey.
Signing Off your round
Once you are completely happy with your round press “Sign Off” to complete the process. In order for “Sign Off” to be enabled you must have viewed at least one hole in editing. If you make any edits to a previously signed off round you must press sign off to confirm these changes.
