How do I connect the watch to a mobile device via Bluetooth?

The following article will explain how to connect your mobile device to your watch using Bluetooth.

This article has instructions on how to do this for the following devices, click on the device that is relevant to you to skip to that section:

1. V3 and G3

2. V2 

 

V3 and G3

The Bluetooth is always switched on so you don't need to do this manually. Follow these steps to connect your watch:

1) Turn Bluetooth on the mobile or tablet device you are using.

2) Switch on your watch by pressing the top left button.

3) Open up the Shot Scope app on your mobile device and log in to your account.

4) On either the 'Rounds' page or the 'Courses' page tap on the 'Connect Band' at the top of the screen.

5) The watch screen will change to show 'Connected' when the connection has been made successfully and the app will also update to show the watch has been connected.

You are now successfully connected via Bluetooth and are able to now sync and upload data between your watch and app.

V2 

To connect your watch to your mobile device please follow the instructions below:

1) Turn Bluetooth on the mobile or tablet device you are using.

2) Power on the Shot Scope watch by pressing the top left button.

3) Unlock the first screen by pressing the bottom left button.

4) Switch the Shot Scope watch into Bluetooth mode by pressing the bottom right button. The screen should now display the Bluetooth logo.

5) Open up the Shot Scope app on your mobile device and log in to your account.

6) On either the 'Rounds' page or the 'Courses' page tap on the 'Connect Band' at the top of the screen.

7) The app will now show that the watch is connected.

You are now successfully connected via Bluetooth and are able to now sync and upload data between your watch and app.

    That is what should happen..... 19 out of 20 times I try to connect the message I receive is NOT CONNECTED.. HAVE YOU TURNED ON PAIRING MODE....

    Will not download my scores on to mobile app since it updated?

    Every time I hit connected nothing happens. I even tried using a new account but it won't connect to the watch (V3)

    Same as Mark Hayes comment, I've tried paring about 20btimes with different pairing numbers, even tried registering a new account. When I hit connect curser stays at end of last digit(6 FIGURES) AND NOTHING CONNECTS. Pairing then times our with nothing connecting
