My course was mapped but now says its not mapped, what should I do?

Courses around the world are constantly changing and we look to be proactive with keeping our course mapping database up to date. We check courses routinely and report any courses that need an update to the dedicated course mapping team. 

If any of your courses are reported they will change to show that the they are no longer mapped on your app, this is when the course is going through the process of being re-mapped. This means that any rounds played on that course during the re-mapping period won't show on your app straight away. The round isn't lost, contact support@shotscope.com and explain that you have a round in your account over an unmapped course. The team will make sure that course is mapped as soon as possible and then process the round for you so that its shows in your account over the newly re-mapped course.
