How do you update the time on the watch?

    Time keeps changing to 1 hour ahead next time I use it! Have set it per desktop instructions multiple times. Mobile way never works.

    Helo, i am having the same problem!  is there anyone from shotscope that one can talk to?  this would be helpful!  i have emailed them numerous times and the solution wont work for me as i live on a golf course, and there are courses all over this area.... i can't get 3 miles away from a golf course!  and i also tried that, it did not work!

    I have just purchased a V3 directly from Shotscope. The watch time will not set despite following the website instructions to the letter. Are those instructions in full. Does anyone else have this problem?

    Hi Leon
    As per your watch , mine is the same . It's less than encouraging to find another fault with my (replacement) unit . The first one failed completely . Took 6 weeks and a labyrinth of contact methods to get that . Shotscope support I'm afraid is very very poor . It's a shame as I'd love to support and promote a Scottish company . But I'm already looking at a replacement device . Not shotscope of course. Here's to any chance of a refund ? I'm gonna write off my watch as a bad mistake and move on

    Today at the course my watch (V3) was one hour behind. After the round it was 2 hrs. behind. Driving home it jumped to 5 hours ahead.

    At home I connected the watch to the Android app. After syncing the watch, and then applying a needed update, it was now showing the correct time zone.

    I can't tell you why, but maybe syncing and making sure firmware is updated may be the answer.
