I can't connect my watch to my Android app

Sometimes users that have an Android device can struggle to get their watch connected to the app. This is often because the user is trying to connect the watch and the phone rather than the watch and the app.

The watch doesn't work the same way as Bluetooth speakers for example, if the Android device is asking for a pin code then ignore this. You don't need to connect the watch and the phone.

Open the Shot Scope app, log into your Shot Scope account and then connect by pressing the 'Connect' button at the top right of the screen (make sure you have Bluetooth on in your phone settings and that you have the Shot Scope watch in Bluetooth mode).

You should now be connected. If you are still having issues connecting then please contact support@shotscope.com.
