    right a week a couple of emails covering exactly ive been doing for a week not happy this watch is frozen after up date and can't use it next step please as losing mt patience

    Guy's at shotscope , my new V3 suddenly began showing the app that all my rounds lasted one hole only . I asked you for help in the support section of the app . Only to be told this may take a week ! You need to buck up your response . In short , its awful . I still have no answer from you after about 6 days of no function . This is total crap . I found out by myself only today , that the watch is disconnecting itself from Bluetooth. If this level of support and function persists, I have no choice but to return the device for refund , so that I can buy something that performs without the fuss and stress ?

    shotscope have abandoned their clients . Zero support available . Very poor service

    Where is the shot scope support. Used to get an answer on Facebook within 24 hrs., Now that I've had an issue it's been 13 days and haven't heard anything.
