My watch shows the 'no courses within 1km' message when I try play at my course, what should I do?

If your watch shows the message 'no courses with 1km' then please do the following:

*Return back to the main screen of the watch by pressing the back button bottom right

*Then press the bottom left button to go into Settings

*In the Settings options, select 'Courses'

*Look through this list of courses and make sure your course is on this list

If the course isn't here then you need to download it onto the watch before playing the course. I have attached a link on how to do this:

*You can't download courses on the online web dashboard

 

If your course name isn't there but instead there in an error code like 'Map237f4' then please follow these instructions to fix your issue:

*Compare the course list on your watch with the course list on your My Courses page to identify if all the courses are there that you want. If there are courses that aren’t present or say map error instead of the name try the following.

*Remove these courses from your account. To remove a course go to the Find Courses page and search for the name of the desired course, then click on the tick box beside the course name.

*Search for and add another course that you might play (any course apart from the ones just removed)

*Go to the My Courses page and sync that course

*Manually log out the app (closing the app doesn’t log you out) and log back in

*Search for and add another course that you might play (any course apart from the ones just removed)

*Go to the My Courses page and sync that course

* Manually log out the app (closing the app doesn’t log you out) and log back in

*Go to Find Courses and search for add the courses that you wanted to sync originally

* Go to My Courses and sync the course(s) to the watch

* Go to the courses list on your watch and confirm that those courses are now present on that list
