If your watch is stuck on the screen that says 'connect' please do the following:
*Hold the top left button down for 20 seconds until the screen goes blank.
*Delete the Shot Scope app from your phone
*Install the Shot Scope app on your phone
*Log into the app
*Switch the watch on
*Connect the watch
If that doesn't work then can you please go into your phone settings and delete the v3 watch from the Bluetooth section then try the above process again please.
