*Disconnect the watch
*Switch the watch off
*Manually log out the app (closing the app doesn't log you out)
*Close the app
*Open the app
*Type email address and password to login
*Switch watch on
*Re-try the firmware update ensuring that your phone/tablet are in close proximity to each other during the entirety of the update. This will ensure the Bluetooth connection is maintained.
Its also important to make sure the WIFI connection is strong, the watch and the device are near to each other and that the device isn't interrupted during the process (best to keep it on the Shot Scope app until sync is complete).
