How do you charge a Shot Scope device?

The following article explains how to charge your V3, G3, V2, H4 and ProlX+ devices.

V3, G3, H4 and ProLx+.

Your device can be charged from any USB port or USB compliant wall charger. Please use the charger provided with the product (the charger for the V3 and G3 is different to the charger used for the H4 and ProLx+).

Hold the charger with the logo facing the sky, then apply some pressure to the lever and carefully place the 4 prongs into the back of the device. The device screen will change to show "charging" if successfully done.

When you first receive your device, we recommend charging it fully before your first round. Please allow up to five hours for the device to fully charge.

The battery life is approximately 8-10 hours if you play in GPS + Track mode on a V3. If you play in GPS only mode on a V3 or G3 then the battery life is 10+ hours. The battery life on the H4/ProLx+ is around 14 hours.

The tags for your clubs are completely passive and do not include a battery. There is no need for them to be removed or charged.

V2

Your V2 can be charged from any USB port or USB compliant wall charger. Please use the micro-USB cable provided as this is specific to the design of the watch.

The watch screen will show that the device is connected and the percentage of battery its currently holding. Once the watch is fully charged it will show 100%.

When you first receive your Shot Scope, we recommend charging fully before your first round. Please allow up to five hours for the watch to fully charge.

The battery life is approximately 5-6 hours if you play in GPS + Track mode or PRO mode, if you play in GPS only mode then the battery will last 7-8 hours. 

The tags for your clubs are completely passive and do not include a battery. There is no need for them to be removed or charged.
