I was at the course everything was working ,course came up and all the holes however no distances came up. Only front, flag and back of green came up
Hi Brad, I have created a ticket to resolve your issue. An agent will be in touch today.
When i search for the course, that is on my watch, it fails to find anything? Am i doing something wrong?
The search bar can be very sensitive, if you try searching for the main word like 'Andrews' instead of 'St Andrews' for example this often will get a result. If not please email support@shotscope.com with the details of the course.
After starting GPS & Track, the watch falls to display course choices despite having been downloaded and synced to watch. It only displays one course. Pressing lower left & right buttons results in no change. The two courses are in Morgan Hill, CA USA. Coyote Creek Golf Course - Tournament and Valley courses.
I bought the watch last week and have added two courses via the app. On both days of playing the watch found the course, but when you click top right button (the tick) to confirm the course, the watch just goes to back to the home page.
I have tried this multiple times on both days and been unable to use the watch.
Is there a fault with the watch? I have also tried the full reset
