How to Reset Your Shot Scope Account Password

If you have forgotten your Shot Scope account password, you can reset it from the Shot Scope app.

Resetting your password

1. Open the Shot Scope app.
2. On the login screen, tap Forgotten Password? near the bottom of the screen.
3. Enter the email address linked to your Shot Scope account.
4. Check that the email address is correct, then tap Send.
5. Wait a few minutes, then open the password reset email sent to you by Shot Scope.
6. In the email, tap the Here button.
7. On the page that opens, complete the following fields:
   • Email address associated with your Shot Scope account
   • New password
   • Confirm new password
8. Check that the information entered is correct, then tap Reset.

Your password will then be updated.

You can now return to the Shot Scope app and log in using your email address and new password.

Didn't receive the password reset email?

If the email has not arrived after a few minutes, please check your junk or spam folder.
