The following article will explain the steps to follow when Apple cannot identify the developer of our desktop app when attempting to download it. This article is relevant to V2 users only.
If you are trying to download the Apple desktop app and it shows that it can't identify the developer this is because the app is not registered on the Apple Store. Instead we let users download the app directly from us, this means there is a lot more freedom in updating the app for bug fixes and new features.
