This article will explain what to do if the firmware update on your V3, G3, V2, H4 or ProLx+ fails:
Could you please try the following steps below to resolve the issue:
*Disconnect the device
*Switch the device off
*Manually log out the app (closing the app doesn't log you out)
*Close the app
*Open the app
*Type email address and password to login
*Switch device on
*Connect device
*Re-try the firmware update ensuring that your phone/tablet are in close proximity to each other during the entirety of the update. This will ensure the Bluetooth connection is maintained.
Its also important to make sure the WIFI connection is strong, the Shot Scope device and the phone/tablet are near to each other and that the device isn't interrupted during the process (best to keep it on the Shot Scope app until sync is complete).

This will not work - my watch will not update its firmware. This happens every time shot scope being out an update and it’s not good enough
The front page shows 3.6 but the watch and watch settings reads 2.2.98. I have tried reloading the app, switching off the phone and watch but will not update.

Hi Brian, the most recent firmware is 2.2.98. 3.6.0 is the app version which is also the most up to date. As of 14/04/21.
I secured the app but a "warning" appeared that I cannot activate the app by using Google!?
I cannot enter my e-mail as a user name and I cannot register a new password. Thusfar the app is useless for me to further begin synching the G3 Shot Scope watch.
