What to Do if You Can’t Find Your Course in the App

If you’re having trouble finding your golf course when searching in the Shot Scope app, please follow the steps below.

1. Check the Course Name

Your course may already be mapped in our system, but the course search can sometimes be sensitive to the wording used. This means a course may not appear unless you search using the same name or spelling that we have it listed under.

We’re aware of this and are working to improve the course search functionality.

2. Reinstall the Shot Scope App

If you still can’t find the course, please delete the Shot Scope app from your phone and then reinstall it.

You won’t lose any of your rounds, statistics or account data by doing this. Your information is stored securely against your Shot Scope account.

Reinstalling the app forces it to download the latest course list again, which should allow the course to appear in your search.

Once reinstalled, log back into your existing Shot Scope account and search for the course again.

If the course still doesn’t appear after completing the steps above, please contact the Shot Scope Support Team and let us know the name and location of the golf course.
